We introduced a smart funneling view to visualize user drop-offs throughout the bot conversation cycle. Coupled with AI-driven recommendations, this feature helped significantly optimize the conversation pipeline and improve completion rates.
Dashboard Revamp & Custom Charts
I worked extensively on the UI and component design for a complete dashboard revamp. To meet specific performance and visualization requirements, we moved away from heavy charting libraries and built all chart elements - including the ones shown below - custom using HTML Canvas.
